My computer was running very slowly and programs were crashing. I ran a Reimage scan and it found two malicious programs. I called for assistance. (I have a contract.) Marlon answered and gave me excellent service. He ran the necessary programs to clean my computer and then stood by to make sure my computer was running properly again. I really appreciate his assistance.

Airha carried out the clean up of my laptop efficiently and to my satisfaction There were occasions when the laptop clean up process appeared to have come to a halt. The Windows Update was disabled but what is likely to happen for any future windows updates is something I am unsure about

They make it seem like a 1 time payment, but in fact you are stuck with a subscription that chargers way more than listed on their pricing page. Scammers....

A very good and compitent technician worked on ,y pc and done a very good job, he knew what he was doing and was helpfull all the way throught the session. deffinatley recommend Re-Image to anyone.

Ich bin enttäuscht. Ich weiß nicht, was im System repariert wurde, aber geholfen hat es nicht. Nachdem ich einen Lizenzschlüssel eingegeben hatte und auf reparieren drückte, lief ein Scann und mein Notebook startete neu. Anschließend hatte ich die alten Anmeldeprobleme und ein erneuter Scann zeigte weiterhin Probleme auf. Nur mein Lizenzschlüssel hat die Gültigkeit verloren. Danke -für Nichts-

This is a great service. Each time that I have had an issue with my computer they have been able to resolve it. My computer runs and process faster thanks to them. My agent was friendly, informative and addressed all my questions to complete satisification.
