After explaining the problem, the tech went to work by cleaning the viruses and malware that was affecting the performance of the computer.

Had some issues with the keyboard and the technician stayed with me for over an hour till she had it working correctly. Everything is A-ok now. Thanks!

They did a good job, it just took a lot longer than normal this time. But my computer was cleaned up and it works great now.

Der Grund dafür ist, dass auf die Schaltfläche „Reparatur starten“ geklickt wird, ohne zuerst den Lizenzschlüssel einzugeben. Was Sie tun müssen, ist nach dem Scan auf das Schlüsselsymbol in der oberen rechten Ecke zu klicken. Geben Sie Ihren Lizenzschlüssel ein und klicken Sie auf Aktivieren.
