“From the start the service reps were polite, patient and helpful! They let me know what was happening to my computer - all explained in an easily undertood manner. That is, with maximum useful information and minimum jargon. I felt fully informed and, at the end faithfully and competently served. I have used Reimage fror years, Their support service on this matter means, to me that this use will continue for quite some time. +++++”

“My computer was a mess, things worked very slowly or not at all. The Reimage team worked to correct faults despite an unreliable wifi connection. I have obviously not had opportunity to check everything but indications are that my problems have been eliminated. If the repair is as good as it appears to be the price I paid was very fair. I am a very satisfied customer.”

“If all of the glitches and problems are cleaned up and will not bother me again, then I consider the cost well spent. People and engineers are always polite and helpful, even though I don't hear them well. The chat pages are a godsend to me.”
