Customer services are great. Services efficient. Since my 3 years old computer did not give me any trouble, I cannot comment on the results of the service at this time.

I have used Reimage for several years and the staff has been most helpful. Everyone I dealt with was most helpful, especially Adrianne, right until closing.

The customer service is excellent.The gentleman who just assisted me,Mavarick, was friendly, kind, very knowledgeable, and professi onal. He solved the problem and even helped me with other issues, and gave me really good advice about my system. Thanks and have a Happy New Year!

Very quick service without my attendance and cleaned everything up. Not dirt cheap but if you've been infected and do online banking you gotta do it

My enquiry was with the reloading of Reimage software, and that the License Key would not be accepted. This developed into the inability of the software to remove a Jianguin-Trojan. Fsysna.Jmo. The agent Paula B confirmed that the software could not be removed without the intervention of a software engineer, and that his/her intervention would be required over 3 years at a cost of £500. 6 1/2 hrs later the engineer confirms that Paula B had already removed the Trojan. Why do I have Reimage anti virus software if it cant identify and remove Trojans? It cost me £115 to sit by a computer for 6.5hrs whilst the engineer downloaded free third party software eg: Adware removal Tool by TSA, major geeks . ultra adware _killer, and CC cleaner. Do not touch this software or contact the so called free advice, because if you are unaware of the workings of a computer you will pay a hefty price for that ignorance.
