“My enquiry was with the reloading of Reimage software, and that the License Key would not be accepted. This developed into the inability of the software to remove a Jianguin-Trojan. Fsysna.Jmo. The agent Paula B confirmed that the software could not be removed without the intervention of a software engineer, and that his/her intervention would be required over 3 years at a cost of £500. 6 1/2 hrs later the engineer confirms that Paula B had already removed the Trojan. Why do I have Reimage anti virus software if it cant identify and remove Trojans? It cost me £115 to sit by a computer for 6.5hrs whilst the engineer downloaded free third party software eg: Adware removal Tool by TSA, major geeks . ultra adware _killer, and CC cleaner. Do not touch this software or contact the so called free advice, because if you are unaware of the workings of a computer you will pay a hefty price for that ignorance.”
