“Auf Grund einer irrtümlich veranlassten Doppelbuchung der Lizenzgebühr für Reimage Repair habe ich mich an den Support gewandt. Mein Einwand wurde sofort sachlich geprüft und mir wurde ein akzeptabler Vorschlag unterbreitet. Meine Lizenz wurde auf Grund der Doppelzahlung um mein weiteres Jahr verlängert, womit ich einverstanden war. Ich danke James T. für den konstruktiven Chat.”

While checking access after the work was done to my computer it operated much more quickly, had no virus 'glitches' and made me feel more competent at the keyboard.
