ReImage solved a problem that has been bothering me for some time. Internet searches provided solutions that seemed to work but after rebooting their solution was not wroking. I highly recommend ReImage because they are the only one who consistently fix my little and large computer issues (such as installing Win 10 with only replacing the C: drive.

I tried several times to use the "free manual repair" but it kept failing with invalid key. I finally gave up.

This review will never see the light of day, They, the company will hide poor reviews. I have neither face book nor twitter so they can't verify that I am who I say I am. I don't know the CEO is but I have been fighting with Reimage for over 2 months to tell these stupid bastards that I paid for a license on 11/29/2019. Their Customer Service sucks. I provided the Invoice number indicating I was legal. Why they persist leaves me with very few options. Ed Wdyka

This, as you mentioned, is after you were advised that you do not have a valid subscription. May we ask how did you get in touch with our customer service before? To assist you with your concern, we have checked our records but were only able to find our email we have sent weeks ago with the copy of your Reimage license key therefore validating your subscription. In the meantime, please expect another email from us with a copy of your license key which expiration date has been updated to make up for the lost time that you were not able to use the software.
