“It took me awhile to get correct phone # to call for help but once I did the online help desk everything worked out wonderfully. only reason not 5 stars is due to trying to get correct number. three out of three were no longer in use. I feel going straight to help desk.”

“Computer was overrun with popups malware a trojan virus, would freeze up and generally inhospitable to me. Bought the three year plan, they went in, fixed it, I worked on it, better than it was when I first bought it and the comfort of knowing if somethings acts up in the next three years I have people who can fix it.
