“I am a 76-year-old senior, veteran and retired. I needed help and got it from a very pleasant and knowledgeable young lady. I don't know how people my age manage without the help of someone like Re-Image. The price of $499.00 is a little steep for fixed-income seniors, I just wish it was discounted the second go around. If I would decide not to renew, it would be the cost that does it.”

Whether or not such a small thing as a flash drive nin dedicated mode to take care of backup needs, right?I. “Well, it fixed some things but, no big deal. After running a scan, like everyone else, I had to purchase a license to make the repairs. I purchased a single license and allowed the software to fix the identified issues. 15 minutes later, 5 other issues are detected. Scan started and now I must purchase another license in order to fix the identified issues. Not sure there are issues. I purchased the license in an attempt to fix a windows update issue. The program found an issue with the updater application but, did not fix the problem. I'm not sure what other issues were fixed or if there were even other issues. I'm out $27 and still have a problem with my PC.”
