I was totally lost. My computer was not working as it had. I tried to run reimage but I ran into trouble. I called the number listed and a very knowledgeable technician took over. After a few minutes I left it all to him and he fixed the computer to run as it did when new. I would not hesitate to call that number again. Thank you again, Reg Nelson

Customer Service was very courteous and thorough. It took a very long period of time to scrub my PC but I have a year's subscription now so if I have any more problems I can call for repair 24/7 as they say. I feel that the sales personnel on the front end of the call need a way to better communicate with technician at the end of the service. There was some confusion but it was ably handled to my great satisfaction.

Reinalyn was able to help me install a new version of Reimage. It was being blocked by Norton 360. She placed Reimage on the Norton exclusion list for future blocking of the software.

Brilliant fast and efficient service. Honest and forthright communication without argument or suggesting otherwise. Very happy with the feedback provided regarding service and further recommendations. Always happy to get my pc serviced through Reimage as I always get the best technicians for the job. the service was faster than I expected and quicker than was told for the fixing of my unite, the young lady was very good at answering my questions and explaining everything to me, along with the reasonable price I was given .

The worker was professional and advice the client of the needed repair HE ALSO ADVICED MONTHLY CHECH-UP TO ASSURE THE SYSYTEM RUNS CORRECT .

Reps try very hard but often endless repetition and seem not to have handle on and up-to-date information on where repairs are at. If this is touted as one of the best services then some false advertising is being indulged in.
