I have been a user of Re-image for a number of year sand have recently reconfigured an upgraded my sytem with large fixed disk and Win10Pro. During the upgrade a number of "attackers" viruses and torjans etc managed to get into the sytem but having contacted ReImage they were extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable as well as being technically proficient in cleaning my system completely. I would have no hesitation is recommending REImage to any one who has a problem. IanH-S London UK

It is early days as my computer has only just been sorted and I am asked to do a review. It is very fast now and they worked on it for two and a half hours. I am told that all viruses have been removed. So I am potentially very happy with todays work.

I have been using Reimage for about 8 months now and I am extremely appreciative of the ability to request a monthly computer maintenance check up. This simple maintenance feature that takes between 45 to 60 minutes has eliminated several issues that would have previous to use of Reimage locked my computer up and caused me to be with out for about 5 days because of it being in a computer repair store.

Alberto was efficient and professional in his work and customer care. He took less time than the 1 hour 30 minutes to fix the problems. I have given the 5 star rating for the technician, Alberto but I would only give the company 1 star as trying to arrange the appointment was both frustrating and very annoying indeed.

I was made aware of problems with my lap top. The tech was very nice walking thru the keyboard. I am up in age and hard of hearing.

I was more than pleased with technician Alberto AG and the service he provided in clearing up my computer issues. He was very informative and had endless patience. I would recommend and ask for him in any future maintenance needed.
