“I knew nothing of Reimage. it just popped up late at night when I was closing down my computer saying I just had minutes to act to save my system files. I downloaded it, and it took me through the process, but I hit a snag when i came to the place where i had to buy a licence key and I had a box to fill in for my Permanent Account Number, and i did not know what it was. Calling your helpline was a disaster. I got through, but your representative could not hear me and asked me to call back; when i did so it rang out for an hour with no reply. Fortunately Kim B on your online chat service came to the rescue and saw me through with great kindness and patience, even setting up a new payment form when we could not solve the PAN Box problem, and sticking with me throughout the process. I cannot commend Kim too highly for a superb service.”

“Telephone connection was not good. Had some difficult time with the English. Takes a long time to get a technician. Tech Alberto was very good with cleaning up my computer. Thank him again for his time. Would be nice to have conversation with Tech in USA or Canada.”
