I don't know WHAT happened with my laptop, but it directed me to download something to repair my laptop. At the end, it said you had to PAY to fix it. Not too surprised, but I waited 25 minutes for it to allow me to start repair. I'm 13 years old, and I obviously do not have a credit card to pay for my laptop to be fixed. :(

Please be advise that our software can be use in two ways: with the annual subscription that needs to be purchased and with the Free Trial License key for manual repair. Communicated and dealt with the tech in an easy fashion. I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years. Folks should make room in their budget and take this service seriously as there are lots of threats in the cyber world. Being sensitive to these dangers and keeping a service with the tech know how and skilled folks keeps my machine running like a very healthy greyhound.

Great service! Very short wait time in que. Thomas A. has been very efficient making it easy for me to do other things while he did his on my computer. Good service, period. I have and would recommend "reimage technician" to others. Thank you again for handling the cleanup of my computer on a weekend.

Good service. I was told I would get a call at 9.30am but after waiting a while, I rang reimage myself. I took a little while to get things going, but then everything went very well. I am very grateful as I would not have done everything they did.

Initially, I was put off by the long wait on the "ALL OF OUR REPRESENTITIVES ARE BUSY AT THE PRESENT TIME" answer on you cell line! Sixteen days latter, I tried again, and presto, like magic, ALYSSA T. answered the website, and zoomed me thru the Extensive Repair service!! Excellent job, Alyssa, you made me really happy again!!
