I began my work today with an intruder on my computer, telling me that my system was in danger of being shut down is x number of seconds and that i must call this number (and they gave me one on my screen) to have my computer "repaired". Of course, they wanted to "help", so i should send them $149 for their "help". Even though their announcement and offer was covered with microsoft logos i recognized that they were a bogus outfit who had put that malware on my computer and were now offering to take it off for payment. I immediately called Reimage and talked to Bryan B., told him of my problem and my need to send an important client information he was waiting for and how much i needed immediate help. Bryan responded to my problem, cleaned the malware off my computer and set me back up and running within a very short time, entirely responsive to my problem. I appreciate Reimage's dedication in serving its clientelle quickly and professionally. it's a very comforting feeling to know i have excellent service available when i need it. Thank you, Reimage!

I was delighted to have Maricar B. to help me . So obliging and helpful. I will always ask for her in future. I was disappointed to have to set out my problems twice on the same day. I would have thought Michael/ Henie? would have been able to report to Maricar when she came on line instead l needed to tell her the problems l was having again.

John, Raymond and Cindy were true professionals as they guided me through the different things I needed to do on my end as they worked on my computer. They were patient and cheerful and never made me feel rushed or stupid even though I'm not tech savvy. The three of these techs worked on my computer for over eight hours and best of all they resolved all the issues I was having with viruses and other issues. I'm grateful to all of them!

AJ was very informative and even helped me with my printer because I did not know how to set it up. He checked everything and we decided that a new mouse would be the fix so, I will go buy another and maybe It will do the job. He sounded like a very intelligent gentleman.
