“this just ran me in circles over and over I'm running Windows 10, chrome browser but NOTHING worked, I wasted 2 hours on this, its BS don't waste your time or money”

“Your staff was very helpful, my only comment is it was often difficult to understand exactly what they were saying. I would have to ask them to repeat themselves and also to speak much slower.”

“I was overwhelmed with the result of the check that was carried out. However the Consultants were considerate, patient and empathetic in their attention. I was taken aback when I was told the cost that it would take to rectify the corruption that occurred but the Consultant stepped me through the advantages and disadvantages.”

“complicated virus removal that affected an Outlook account and One Drive. All fixed. As well the keyboard keys had to be fixed and now the keys type the character it is suppose to type. Good technical support that was kind to me as I caused the virus issue by opening an attachment from a fake email address name”
