“The technicians (Alberto DG and Paulo) were very polite and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and understanding that I am not a computer wiz. “The techs were very polite. and knowledgable. The price was pre paid for 3-year service and was reasonable. It was a complicated system problem that took almost 2 days to solve. It involved correcting about 40,000 errors in the Windows 8.1 OS.”
