“The first page I went to said free trial now it wants to charge what happened to free I will not pay until I know it works scan was helpful I think but like always after it says your computer is all jacked up it wants to charge to fix”

“I was having issues with my computer and decided to take up the offer from reimage. I have little knowledge and competence. The download procedure did not go to plan and I ended up going in circles, to the point where I was going to ask for my money to be returned. The on chat on line soon discovered my lack of knowledge. Giving the representative Alyssa permission to control my computer, she was able to rectify all my problems and install the new programme. I am a delighted customer.”

“There was a lot wrong with my computer due to a Trojan Horse. ReImage worked for hours to remove the malware and restore my programs. The only problem was the connection got disconnected several times which caused the repair to go on for hours. BUT, we got thru it and everything appears to be working fine.”
