“The only problems I had were the bad connections I had at the beginning of the session that delayed starting up and that I had to ask about some of the things I was being asked to do. I needed some requests to be "dumbed down" a little so I knew what was needed.”

“solved Windows update problem by clean install of windows 10. Some minor difficulty with remote support to U.S. Nothing major. Reimage staff was knowledgeable and communicated well.”

“my technician on this occasion was excellent. he displayed patience with someone who is not tech savvy. just a shame that he had to do some of the work that his colleague on a previous occasion had failed to do...ie.... install the McAfee protection.”
