“Fast efficiant service when phoning. Answered almostimmeaditly. CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERITIVE WAS GOOD AND CLEAR. Onlyhiccup seemed to be when second operative dissapeared,however we soon got back to normal. Over all very good , and hope to deal with yuo again soon.”

“After reinstalling reimage the activation key was invalid, However Live chat reactivated it for me!”

“I was shocked to find that a Trojan virus had infected my computer and decided to search for programmes that would erase them. After a bit of research I downloaded Reimage but was disappointed to find that I was left with a blank screen after the download. After contacting the support line I was assisted by Gerald to reinstate the screen but as the virus was outside the computer's operating system I had to purchase another product to get rid of it, which I did. The support and follow-up was very good and I would recommend Reimage to my friends.”

“so far has been very helpful have taken a computer that did not work very well at all and got it up and running . I can check my e-mails now. they even cared enough to call and to check with me to see how it was operating the next day”

“Somehow McAfee's total protection VPN usually causes my computer to run very slowly. When I reboot my computer, VPN is automatically set off. The problem is when VPN is set to OFF. I told Albert, my ReImage technician, that my computer was running fine (which it was). It funs fine with Microsoft Word and Excel. As I write this review, my computer is running very slowly again. So I don't know what to do. Keep resetting McAfee's VPN every time I log in? - or not use my computer? I rate your service as 4 Stars since it was running fine after my technician last fixed my computer.”

“Paulo, the technician, seemed to know what he was doing, and he was helpful in the chat box. However, we have only just finished the job and I can't say whether I am happy, especially in view of the high and unanticipated cost. On the other hand, I obtained this repair remotely, Paulo's work took several hours, and I was able to obtain his service without leaving the house (having to take my computer to a shop), and that was a plus.”
