“He was very patent with me when I didn"t know what I needed to do also I ask for him to do diffenent things that I didn't know how to do and he was very happy to do them. He took his time to make sure everything seemed to be working perfectly and I was very happy with him”

“Mark and John were very diligent in cleaning up my old hp computer. For example, it had a Trojan virus, and that is now gone. Cost was a little high but my computer is now able to get repairs and evaluations for 3 years from today.”
