“The 3rd technichan Ruel should get a 5 star rating, and this was otherwise a very frustrating experience for me because I spent 4 hours waiting to get to him in the last hour. IDK what those other folks were doing so 3 stars is the best I can do.”

“I am an extremely cautious person when it comes to letting ANYONE have remote access to my commuter for serious repair issues or any other reason. After checking them out I went ahead with Reimage and it took form appox 3PM to at least midnight and it was still fixing issues! I finally went to sleep and in the morning it was running just like a brand new computer. By the way it had over 1800 "issues" including a Trojan Horse and worms. Very serious. It's pricey but WELL WORTH IT. Best thing is you don't have to drag you computer to an outside facility that may not have the expertise that reimage has. Don't chance it. Reimage also has a 60 day money back guarantee and 24/7 support. Highly recommend as the ONLY way to go for serious repairs that the regular antivirus programs can't touch. R.Ikelly”
