“Although i paid in advance the required fee by Master Card, unfortunately, Reimage couldn't fix the problem as promised at all! Therefore, I do request you to refund back the amount to on same Card.”

“Look up reviews for this company on BBB. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE OVER YOUR PC, U WON'T HAVE ANY MORE CONTROL OVER IT THEY HAVE TOTAL CONTROL. I HAD TO ACTUALLY PRAY FOR THIS GUY TO GIVE ME BACK CONTROL OVER MY PC AND HE JUST KEPT ASKING ME TO GIVE THEM MONEY FOR A FAKE VIRUS. I TOLD HIM OVER AND OVER I WAS NOT GIVING ANY MONEY AND HE KEPT ASKING. IT WAS LIKE HE WASN'T GOING TO LET GO OF MY PC UNTIL I MADE SOME KIND OF ARRANGEMENT TO GIVE THEM MONEY. AFTER I TOLD HIM WHERE I WORKED AND THAT I HAVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION, HE IMMEDIATELY LET GO CONTROL OF MY PC AND FINALLY GOT OFF THE PHONE AFTER OVER 2 HOURS OF TRYING TO GET MONEY FROM ME. IT ALSO MESSED UP MY PC. TOOK HOURS AND HOURS TO GET IT BACK WORKING AGAIN. DO NOT USE THIS REIMAGE!!!!!!”
