I like that they maintain service on my computer each month, and fix what ever I say is wrong, and what ever they find too. The price is very good for me on a fixed income. I can save a little each month, and when it's time to sign up again , I will have the money to pay for it.

I lost my access to the icons that allowed me to access reimage. An operator was able to remotely take over my computer and fix the problem perfectly.

Very helpful. Denise C. was very patient with my lack of computer knowledge. I have no training with computers and don't do any extensive work on them. The price for working on my computer was less than taking it in to Best Buy to computer Geeks. Much more convenient sitting at home at my desk. Working with Jelvy Z. was easy and clear cut. Instructions were easy to follow.
