Well they did a great job and were very helpful and I liked they explained everything to me after finishing my problem. I have to omit I was very scared doing this I don't like strangers in my computer I hear a lot of stories that it is not a good idea. To bad the warranty is not for a month instead of seven days. But thank you very much for helping me.

my experience working with the various technicians was quite positive.. all seemed very knowledgeable and polite, and helped me through the process of updating the computer and getting rid of various unwanted malware and files.... rating 10out of 10

Very pleased with the customer service and tech support. Both reps were professional and friendly. The one time fix price and cost for McAfee were reasonable. I have used this service for a year and have been pleased with it.
