Reimage increased speeds of services and eliminates viruses and Trojans. Eliminated old useless files. The only thing I was not happy about was the price for repair.

I appreciate the information I was given by the initial troubleshooter as well as the technician who repaired my PC. It was good. I wasn't happy that it took over an hour to get my account set up, but the repair was reasonably quick. The people I spoke to were friendly, helpful and respectful.

I am trusting that what was said going to be fixed was fixed. I do not understand the internal workings of the computer. I have the number if I need to call with a question or problem in the future.

BOTH COMPUTER TECHS WERE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND FIX MY ISSUES WITH MY COMPUITER IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE HAD TO USE THE REIMAGE TECH'S TWICE KNOW AND STRONGLY BELEIVE I SPENT MY MONEY VERY WISELY. HIGHLLY RECOMMEND THE REIMAGE SOFTWARE AND THEIR STAFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
