“My one comment con would be the inability to connect with an actual person the recorded message kept telling me to leave a msg. and they would get back to me, didn't happen until I talked to actual rep. Than it was just great, trust them completely at this point it all looks great. my first two contacts were great and all problems were taken care of.”

“Lui began working on my computer to resolve an update issue & accidently deleted my operating system. The next day after I ran hardware tests & showed Arianne it was not a hardware issue, he helped me use my other computer to make a USB copy of the operating system to load in my computer. That evening another tech tried to help me reload my software & data, but her head phone was faulty & faded in & out, so I couldn't hear her. She made an appointment for Arianne G. to call me today to load my programs & data. He was wonderful. Even though it has taken me several hours, it was much faster than trying to do it all myself. I'm very happy now & the download problem I started with is also fixed. If everything in my area wasn't closed due to Covid-19, I might have objected more to the time it took to reinstall the operating system & all my data.”
