“Hello, I just wanted to say that my IT Specialist Tina C. did a stupendous job cleaning up the issues on my PC. She even took care of some minor issues that needed correction. Very good work and though it took some time to complete it was well worth it.”

To resolve, at the scan summary page simply look for something that says. "I have license key". “Jay V was WONDERFUL. He was knowledgeable and patient -- also affable (which is sometimes missing in tech help). He explained everything that he didin some detail, which I REALLY appreciate! It was an arduous job (my pc is an old machine) but he was up to the challenge. I'm very happy!”

“The Free Manual Repair option is useless. I've done the scan, entered the Key Code numerous times, tried for 2 days and it goes nowhere. The system just keeps looping and repeatedly directs me to the page to purchase one of the Repair Plans. Extremely frustrating!”
