“When my computer gave me a very LOUD beep and stated it was infected with a virus I was alarmed as my former security with Microsoft had been canceled by them informing me they would no longer offer this service. Then I received a notice from Daniel that he could help me. He worked with me for quite a while and then turned me over to Mark for final installation of McAfee. they were both very professional and extremely helpful and got me back on line and on my way. They should both be commended for their assistance and professionalism.”

“The first gentleman I spoke with scanned my computer and found numerous problems. transferred me to John Sa who actually did the maintenance and everything seems to be working fine. Was a little disappointed be cause I thought the initial fee would cover the repairs and then found out that I had to purchase another subscription to have the repairs made. I was given a great discount on the repair subscription and so far, it has been worth every penny”

“Myla D determined serious problems. Explained service options, got some price reduction for retired person for option we selected. Then transferred us to Manuel to correct the problems. Very pleased initially, now have to use the programs. Communication initially on phone with Myla, then live chat with Manuel when he was finishing up fine tuning letter display/clarity, restoring bookmarks.”

“Initially I phoned them to complain about butting in to my computer. The caller named Jon was careful to explain why they called. He carefully described what they were to do. Then he connected me to a computer engineer who solved my problems and so everything worked out wonderfully; don't hesitate they really care!”
