It deleted my notepad and every day bugged me that there was a problem to be fixed - but running reimage repeatedly did not fix it. Also Norton was flagging several of reimage files as trojan horse (in July). So I preventatively uninstalled it. Now I tried to reinstall and it tells me that my licence key is invalid. I am waiting for a response from the support team.

I was skeptical at first but they came through like professionals and I, as of now, am very pleased. They talked and walked me through the process from the starting point. When completed, gave me a few minutes to try out the computer for my previous problems. I am very pleased. Thanks to all involved.

After the initial contact with Luz P. I was then handed over to Mark V who actually did the repair that so far as I can determine has improved my computer greatly. I suppose that the cost for his work was reasonable for the time spent, but for a person attempting to live on a fixed income it will be a challenge.

In the old days, we called something that does what reimage does a New Broom that Cleans Well. I was able to be away from my computer while REIMAGE did all the cleaning. Being new to the computer world was a blessing and a curse. I just opened and explored until I didn't know where and what to look. REIMAGE cleaned up the mess I created and now my computer runs wonderfully.
