Service was good. I don't know much about the problems on my computer. I bought mine new and never installed antivirus protection. I received a warning that my computer was infected. And reimage confirmed and said my i.p address was exposed and at risk. I was shown all the problems on the computer, warnings and errors. Apparently all was taken care of.

Trouble with our computers in today's world can be so frustrating. It is so hard for a everyday computer user to know all the ins and outs on how to correct all the unwanted intrusions. Reimage arethemost professional service I have used and I am so glad I signed with them for their protection. I have had several malvare intrude and affect the function of my computer, and they have resolved every single one with a speedy response.
