I have had a great experience. Nelson R. took care of everything that I know of and it appears to wo9rk fine as far as I can tell. I am running low on fuel at this point and am ready to call it a day. Thank you again. Can I turn the computer off tonight? Please advise. Thanks!

It is too soon to be completely sure about everything....perhaps you should wait for your review until the day after the service. As of this minute I am very pleased. I "spoke" with three representatives, including Arianne, a tech, and all were very polite and outstanding at their particular job. If everything is as good tomorrow, after a closer inspection, as I believe it to be, I would certainly recommend Reimage to my friends and neighbors.

Judging your work with other technicians I can say yours is outstanding. My discussions with j was well done as he put up with my faults. You see I am 88 years old, wear TWO hearing aids, and the first time working with the computer system. I am only sorry that I didn't get his name. Not because he didn't tell it to me but because I must have asked three or for times. Thanks again for a excellent job.

The "white envelope" icon for my MS email client opened to a blank page. Raymond F. with Re-image resolved the issue with patience and persistence! Now I can access my emails again w/out having to go to webmail. What excellent service from Raymond and Re-image. Well worth the cost.
