I contacted their Customer Support and set up a chat with one of their technical guys. I am very pleased with the time and effort put in by Ruel to solve my problem. An excellent outfit.

I trust the job is done. won't know for a couple of days of usage. The service person was very helpful. The price was confusing as I thought the quote was in Aus $ but turned out to be American $. This put a bit of a dampener on it. I trust I will get good value!!!!!

My computer was very slow. Now it is a lot better. I would like to have a better program maybe next year. I will save so this can be possible. Thank you very much.
