“I was having problems with Windows not being able to update. (There were a few other concerns, but Windows was my major problem.) The tech was great to work with and explained what needed to be done to alleviate the problems. I am giving him 5 stars because he was great! And now my computer is also great! “Shortcuts didn't work so called to fix. Reimage did an easy fix then spent the time to scan my computer for malware or viruses. The technician called me when she was done and stayed on the line while I checked to make sure everything was working. I was 110% satisfied!”
