“They were very patient with me. If I didn't understand they took their time to explain and to warn me about hazards with the email and internet. Jelvy did a great jog of cleaning my computer.”

“This is the second year that I have had two licenses for Re-image software and the first year that I have had the 24x7 Support. I am very satisfied on a number of counts: 1. Running the Re-image software every so often keeps my PC and my Laptop free from problems and slowdowns, 2. When I do need to call on the Tech Support people, they are always polite, helpful and patient. And they follow through and up with the work they do. I am very pleased with Re-image and highly recommend them and their product. Row was the latest Support Tech person and he was just great with his explanations, friendly manner and explanation of what he was going to do and why. Thanks Re-image Team.”

“The service was very good. The agents were helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was good and the refund policy was good. But, the price could have been lower, maybe offer a one year plan instead of three years. But overall, I am satisfied.”
