“My computer was in Bad shape very slow and hard to open any apps. They work on my computer ,it took them awhile but they where able to get it back to normal....”

“Removal of a number of viruses only took place 2 days ago.so I am not in a position to know if it has been a success yet. Your technician fixed printing problem which I had assumed was connected with the virus removal exercise and for which I was grateful. The clarity of her voice was difficult to decipher. This was not all her fault as the quality of the telephone at this end is not that great. I certainly hope that in another two or three months I would be delighted to say that I have had a hassle free computing time. I am pleased to report that the service I have had from all your technicians was in a professional manner.”

“ITS PRETTY SAD WHEN GREEDY COMPANIES LIKE REIMAGE ENTER YOUR COMPUTER LIKE UNWANTED GUESTS BEHAVE WORSE THAN A VIRUS, OFFER "FREE" HELP YOU DIDN'T SOLICIT AS AN INCENTIVE. ONCE INSIDE, THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME, AND NUSANCE; TAKE OVER, EXTORT MONEY AND YOU CAN'T GET RID OF THEM. FREE MEANS FREE! IF I WANT YOU TO LEAVE MTHEN YOU SHOULD LEAVE WITHOUT PROBLEMS. I AM WIPING MY ENTIRE LAPTOP NOW AND STARTING OVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF BANDITS LIKE REIMAGE AND AVAST WHO HAVE INVADED LIKE CRIMINALS, DON'T PLAY NICE WITH OTHER LITTLE PROGRAMS AND BEHAVE LIKE MONSTERS, TRESPASS LIKE CRIMINALS, AND HOLD ME HOSTAGE LIKE HOME INVADERS, TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY LIKE FELONS! “All the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It took eight hours to fix the issues I had and I watched them through every step of the way. They located one potential trojan, and 55,000+ (yes, that many) other issues which needed to be cleared or had potential problems. I already had Mcafee, but the service extended my subscription for an additional year.... Great job Nelson B.”
