“This review primarily involves John U. He had to work for hours to redo and update my computer and add the Cyberghost. It was literally hours and still another 1/2 hour this am. He always kept me notified of what he was doing and allowed the various screens to rotate on my computer so I could see some of the technical issues he was dealing with. He was friendly and dealt with my hearing and/or understanding issues with great aplomb. He restored my confidence in Reimage. ler”

“Alberto DG did a great job. Courteous, professional. quick. Readily answered my questions. On the other hand, it took 4 attempts to get this done. For the first time, I got some email contacts in advance of the appointment. I don't know why none of the links accompanying the contact failed to work. I wound up calling the regular support phone number and was on hold about 10 minutes before getting someone. After that, I got Alberto in no time and he went to work. I give him 5 stars and Reimage 3 stars.”

“As a user of a computer I am a constant user and rely on family people to dig me out i found the service from the reimage people more than i could expect.
