very satisfied with the upmost service provider by technician whom fixed my laptop to work faster and removed virus that was slowing my program at a reasonable price, in the future i will rely on their service if it happens again

This review primarily involves John U. He had to work for hours to redo and update my computer and add the Cyberghost. It was literally hours and still another 1/2 hour this am. He always kept me notified of what he was doing and allowed the various screens to rotate on my computer so I could see some of the technical issues he was dealing with. He was friendly and dealt with my hearing and/or understanding issues with great aplomb. He restored my confidence in Reimage. ler

reimage fixed and retrieved access to my computer sights that were lost in a computer sweep that was done recently the technition was very courteous and professional

Always had trouble with my laptop AFTER work done by Reimage and had to wait for up to 2 hours before problem was fixed.

I've dealt with Nelson R. a couple of times and he is always so knowledgable and courteous. I appreciate Reimage making me feel that my computer is working up to it's best. I am not tech savvy but they don't make me feel dumb.

Alberto DG did a great job. Courteous, professional. quick. Readily answered my questions. On the other hand, it took 4 attempts to get this done. For the first time, I got some email contacts in advance of the appointment. I don't know why none of the links accompanying the contact failed to work. I wound up calling the regular support phone number and was on hold about 10 minutes before getting someone. After that, I got Alberto in no time and he went to work. I give him 5 stars and Reimage 3 stars.

As a user of a computer I am a constant user and rely on family people to dig me out i found the service from the reimage people more than i could expect. The staff went out of their way to understand and put me on the track as I tried to explain my problems, and no doubt as i was trying to explain.

Addressed a file access error from Windows 10 (-2147163901). Required about 10 hours of work and they also found 3 Trojan malware programs missed by McAfee
