“Jay V worked on my laptop to clear it of a false warning that my windows 10 was malfunctioning. He also connected my laptop an printer via wifi and checked the laptop for viruses, etc. Very quick and efficient job.”

“Extremely helpful and polite on the phone, also very patient, as I am a novice where computers are concerned. I have taken cover for a year and hope to get more confident and better at dealing with it. Unfortunately the internet is not very good where I live and does cause me to despair.”
