“I used this product just over a year ago and was impressed but not this time. I had a little problem with windows explorer so I purchased another licence and run the scan, as this did not solve the problem I called their help line. I was told it would cost me £450-550 to slove the problem, I then told him I would rather scrape the computer or wipe the hard drive. He then told me he would do it as a special offer for £150, after I told him I was retired he dropped the price to £100. He then added my Norton anti-Virus is no good but could do me an offer on MaCfee and also said I was waisting my time with Reimage as this only replaces files not repairs them. The help line is just sales people trying to scam you not to help you at all. As soon as I came off line (I did not purchase anything)and he closed his remote assistant my computer was the worst it has ever been, and now it will not even load icons on the desk top. I have rung their help line again and they say they will call me back with a technician and never do.... Wish I had never used this company ..Please be aware”

“The response to my problems was rapid. After the team worked on my computer I could tell right away that things were very much better! Problems that had been there were gone and response was quicker! So Far I am Happy with the results!”

“I've been getting occasional virus warnings, and numerous popups. When Microsoft advised that they were no longer supporting the Windows 7 OS, I decided that instead of trying to install windows 10 on my old windows 7 computer, or getting a new computer with Windows 10, that I would extend the life of of my HP Desktop with Windows 7 installed, which I am very comfortable with, by getting Reimage. I am convinced that Reimage is the most cost effective and safest way to go and will give me time to learn the Windows 10 interface before dumping Windows 7. Reimage also comes with professional technical help when needed 24/7 to repair problems, McAfee virus protection, and for a little additional cost will set up a virtual private network for you to keep your IP address hidden from hackers-- icing on the cake!”

“The computer is faster. It took a long time to get to the service Dept. I tried since 3pm and finally got someone on the phone at 9pm . I tried 5 times and was on hold for a long time before I gave up.”
