I contacted Reimage to renew my licence and encountered a very helpful lady who described way their system worked. This clearly described the difference between system and third party software and where the dangers of Trojan infections came from. They installed my new version of Reimage and also cleared mu system of Trojans. I'm impressed.

They fied all 4 of my problems. A little hard to understan and had to ask to repeat sometimes, but we got through it..

Raymond F. did a great job cleaning up a number of operating issues with my PC. He was patient and thorough over the course of two days and follow up was immediate. He made the process seamless for someone like me who is not the most technologically proficient individual. Reimage afforded me the ability to have the PC fixed remotely without having to leave it off at a technician for who knows how long. I would gladly recommend reimage.

Customer service was wonderful. I don't understand computers much, but customer service was very patient and explained everything until I understood and was comfortable with what we were doing. It was a very rewarding experience to work with the technicians.

I am a new customer and so far I am very happy with their services. The best thing about the program is that you have your computer checked while in your home and their is no waiting time, i.e. you are not without a computer like you would be if you took it into a repair facility. The technicians are very understanding and professional.
