“Reinalyn spent over 1 hour with me on the phone trying to determine what was causing a bios setup screen to appear. After all the system checks were performed she was able to complete the repair and solve the issue. she was always very polite and helpful during the entire time she spent with me. “Nick was the best mate ever and was honest, friendly, straight to the point, did what I said, provided appropriate advice and help. I really liked our conversation and we were on the same page the whole time. Good to get someone who knows what they're doing. Great responses to my questions and he did the very best possible for me assuring no presence of infection or malware. I hope I get to work with him next time I think the pc needs help.”
