“got fast service to correct alert from problem detected with my PC. All work was completed over the internet and nothing had to be shipped via the postal service. good price for product installed and no return or refunds needed. service technician very knowable about the problem on my PC and made all corrections necessary to remove problem.”

“I was helped with the problems of my computer. I had multiple viruses that I was unaware of and they were slowing my computer down. After my computer was cleaned of the viruses, it was good to go. Very nice customer service people.”

“I was satisfied with the service received from REIMAGE. They came to my rescue when I received an "alert" that I might have been compromised. The process of "cleanup" took about an hour, but time I feel was well spent. I was not financially able to subscribe long-term on the spot, but will try to extent their service in a few months.”
