“Greet job REIMAGE. I was skeptical at first at its legitimacy but I was shocked at the amount of intrusions and garbage in my computer that I wouldn't know where to begin wiping it clean. Thank you!”

“I was sent a message that I could have some issues with my computer. I was skeptical at first, but after getting in touch with the company, I was very pleased with the way they knew how to check and repair the problems I was having with my computer. I was so pleases, I bought the 3 year package. Everyone was very helpful, even though I had problems understanding what was being said with the interesting accents of the agents I was conversing with. Everyone was really great, especially Reyson who helped me through a particularly rough time with my credit card. I look forward to having them keep my computer going as it should for several more years. Thank you so much!”

“Cindy, my Reimage Technician, spent 4 hours 1/6/2020 & 2+ hours today fixing my computer because I somehow lost files for my printer and Reimage Support. She also fixed my Adobe Reader which was not working properly. Things are now back to normal and I don't have to spend money on a new printer or new computer. Reimage is refunding me the money I paid for Reimage Support because I paid for the 24/7 Technical Support which has been extended until Jan. 7, 2022. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. hours today reviewing and fixing my computer because I somehow lost files for my printer and Reimage Support. I am still using Windows 8.1. I”
