John U shall now be known as Bulldog. Once he sunk his teeth he never gave up. Very happy with this repair, which actually was the 2nd of the day. Kudos to the Level 1 lady who helped me.

Both Anna and Eunice were very patient, addressing my concerns to make me feel confident this was not a scam. And my computer is now operating, and I have MCAfee which I thought I had, but did not, so I feel very protected now and with support at Reimage at my fingertips. Thank you.

I know very little about computers and they are so patient, seeming to understand me. I really appreciate how thorough they are and keep asking if there is anything else or any questions I have. I don't know what I would do with out their help, Thank you!

The representative and the technician were professional, friendly and informative. The problems that I was experiencing appear to have been resolved in a timely fashion. Suggestions were made as to how problems may be prevented, as well as additional services offered by Reimage. All in all, a very good experience.

Was able to load McAfee after numerous attempts by other technicians. Was extremely knowledgeable of my computer issues. Ederic O. was also very polite, patient and explained everything that he did.
