Bonjour mon cher, Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que le virus est toujours présent sur votre ordinateur. Nous avons examiné les journaux de réparation pour comprendre le problème et avons constaté que les clés de licence sont toujours actives, ce qui signifie que le logiciel n'a pas encore été exécuté, ce qui explique peut-être pourquoi le virus est toujours présent. Pour activer le logiciel correctement, veuillez suivre les instructions ci-dessous. 1. Une fois l'analyse terminée, faites défiler l'écran vers le bas. 2. Cliquez sur le bouton radio indiquant «J'ai une clé de licence». 3. With regards to shutting down the computer every night, if you are not using it, we would recommend shutting it down. Shutting down your computer every night is the more energy-efficient option, as even when you've let your computer go into “sleep mode,” there is still a power drain from the grid for the RAM and storage of open files and programs.
