“I am very pleased with reimage! They are thorough, although, I do suggest that some of the folks that come onto my site each month are not as thorough as RUEL S! he put protections on my computer others have not over the last year and I am grateful to him for his protection and initiative he showed. He deserves a raise!”

“I was in a ransom problem were I had NO access to my laptop and I was freaking out. Then I remember I had you guys and I was vary, vary over the top happy with everything that Froilan P. did for me. he is the best help that I have ever received form your company and look forward to making shore that I get only him when I call in for anything. “I had a BSOD screen. Every time I booted up, this error would occur. I received a pop-up that windows 10 was about to crash and the screen also had a phone # for reimage. I called the phone # with some reluctancy due to a lot of scams popping up on computers. The customer service rep assured me it was not a scam and he would personally monitor the progress of the issues being fixed. My tech person, Ro was very pleasant, knowlegeable and worked until all issues on my computer was resolved. I am very pleased and relieved that the computer is working without me having to take it to Best Buy.”
