“Thank you for your service on my computer. I was upset because my auxiliary speaker stopped working and I was having other problems with the speed and getting to certain sites on the laptop. It is working now, so thanks again.”

“Criminals who use POP UP's with lies about your system being compromised!!! Then continue to HANG UP when ask to explain what they are doing. Based somewhere in CHINA!!! and "probably spying on everyone and stealing information". Extremely unethical practices and use invasive tactics. I'm going to bust your filthy business!!!!!”

“I don't like programs that install with the promise of repairing all problems then pop up with a money grab. You have every right in the world to charge for your program. But don't get me to put it on my machine and run it and the end result is I must pay to get the fix. How much do I get for my time installing, and now UNinstalling your program. And doing business like this really stinks of some hidden agenda... Sorry, because I had high hopes.”
