All of the folks that I interacted with were very professional and helpful. It was a long process but they kept me well informed of the progress and only involved me as necessary. As a team, they worked for nearly 5 hours removing my extensive problems and installing McAfee and CyberGhost VPN software. I will sleep a lot easier tonight. I highly recommend Reimage.

I am very happy with the two techs that helped me get my computer up and running. It was a mess , I couldn't even get on it so you can imagine what I'm talking about but they straightened it out and I'm up and running again. they were both very patient with me as I'm not very computer wise. They fixed the issues with my computer that could have jeopardized my personal information. It was fast and easy. They were able to log in and do the system check in the comfort of my own home making it easy. Thank you for all your help and excellent technical support from the technician.

I had total confidence that Paulo would get my computer problems cleared up. He understood what my problems were and went to work quickly to alleviate them. I had let my C Drive fill to the brim with files and it would not even let me save anything. I had a mess! I also was not doing backups. The tech answered all my questions and in a couple hours I was back to work....I have had good experiences with this company!

Was having problems my Outlook would not start. Just an error message about missing profile. Very helpful technician corrected the problem and my email is back. She also reestablished my printer which for some reason had stopped working. She also cleaned up the start directory so the boot up is much faster. Very competent, friendly and helpful. It's nice to have someone out there to handle my difficulties.
