“I had to re-install my operating system, after which the licence could no longer be activated. After sending a support ticket twice, there was still no answer, let alone help. I think it would be no big deal to reactivate my licence key, but obviously nobody seems to care.”

“Reimage associates worked diligently to resolve my issues. They called me back to check in on progress and also made sure they followed up on my issues. I am very pleased with their service. My PC is running like it is new again (it has been a long time since it has run efficiently). Don't hesitate to get your PC issues resolved - this team will get it done.”

“Contact made from RImage. Offer of help accpeted. Issues were found on my PC. Support programme for 3 years enrolled. Issues were addressed by technicians. Personal test of 4 apps proved clean. I am happy with the technical work done.”
