“My experience from beginning to end was great. To get everything charged out right was a chore because my bank blocked payment for whatever reason but Rocqe was patient and hung in there to try a multitude of ways to get things processed as fast as possible. It took another day ,no fault to him and he was still upbeat along with other coworkers along the way. When I was turned over to Cindy P. (even though we never spoke) she made me feel at ease by asking all the right questions to accomplish the task at hand and then proceeded to take care of all issues in such a timely fashion, well lets say it was no time that she had my computer back in my hands working better than I think it ever did. She left me with a confidence in my computer that I haven't had in a long time. She even took the time to take care of a few issues to fine tune my computer so I could see things better and that means a lot to me because she didn't have to do that. I hope someone reads this and she gets the credit that she deserves for going above and beyond a job well done.”
