“3 days trying to contact them, i wished we they would have given me the new phone number but someone finally picked up on the old number. they fixed my computer and im able to use it without any problems .”

“Service was friendly and the techies were very knowledgeable and did a very good job of educating me. They used the live chat and phone very well as if we were in a classroom and kept me apprised of what they found as problems. they also offered me a suggestion to avoid future problem by getting annual checkups on the computer. they also left me contact information.the problem was resolved in 3 hours as it required major scrutiny. i think they were worthy of a 5.”

“I know customer service is good. The price to fix the system is cheaper than buying a new computer, and the peace of mind is worth a lot. We don't have experience with service over time, returns or refunds so we can't address those.”
