“I have enjoyed my subscription to reimage this year. Recently I was having a frustrating time with my scanner, understanding CyberGhost and concerns with renewal of subscriptions. Today I rediscovered how easy Chat on your site works. Eunice S has taken care of the items that were causing me concern. She has completed a Laptop check, explained what she did and what it means. I feel that I can continue using my computer safely and correctly. Best of all Eunice has encouraged and assured me that a monthly call/chat to Reimage and a computer check up is something I should be doing.”

“The techs knew what they were doing and the job was accomplished relatively quickly. I did not learn anything ... but then Service was good. This is the third time I have needed to use reimage; I would been in trouble if I had not prepaid for the service. I dont believe i need a refund. I answered them all. Are there more?”
